This book does not introduce Java well enough for me to endorse. It doesn't cover classes. It has 2 typos in the provided code (pg 36 Flower) (pg 38 Voice). I had hoped to use this as a primer for on-boarding new students into Java as an additional programming language, but after purchasing a printed copy and reading it, I am not recommending this book.
I was interested in the programming Java language for a long time. I was looking for a good book. This book helped me a lot. Thanks to the author!
Pretty short but gets you going into the concepts of how it works.
