I like this edition better than the 10th edition as the 11th edition is updated to reflect the 2017 Nclex-PN (which will be a new test exam this year). I can't speak for the printed book itself, but I registered my code on the Prep U site, and love it. It has 17 chapters of tests and you can choose Review mode or NCLEX mode. Review mode is great, you pick answer then check it. The rationales are given also when you click to check answer. There are 2 comprehensive tests to take also. I highly recommend this book for the interactive Prep U site. Be Careful if you buy used, as you need the number inside the book (scratch off front inside cover) to access the Prep U/Book interaction.
Bought this for my boyfriend after I used the RN one. What I like about this is the PassPoint trial that tells you how close to the competency line you are. It's a nice boost going into the NCLEX a week before your test date that either gives you extra confidence or shows you exactly what you need to work on.
Nclex question had rationales but my main point in buying the paper book rather than the app was the NCLEX practice tests it promises to be available. It would not allow me to take these tests without a class ID and I had to go into the exam without knowing my competency level. Very frustrating
