Huge fan of the incredibly easy series. It got me through nursing school 8 years ago and still aids me in brushing up and test prep. I'm a visual learner and the silly cartoons really help me retain the content of the section. I'm studying for my CCRN and this is a huge help. I really like the new addition and the color pages are great! Highly recommend as a quick refresh for the visual learner!

I found The ICU Book by Marino more informative. Don't buy this book if you are looking for detailed information; this is more of an overview.

BASIC review, but Hemodynamics (which is really what critical care is about) doesn't have it's own section and the section that it does have is VERY short, and isn't specific enough, especially when it's describing waveforms. Buy the AACN one. Regret wasting my money on this.

This was not what I expected at all. I have just graduated nursing school, going into the ICU, and was looking for a study guide but this was not that whatsoever. This was so basic. It explained things in narratives and just overall was not good.

Every ICU/CCU nurse should get this book very simple and breaks things down really easy.

I love these books! I am an RN and I just started in a progressive care unit, and so far, this book has been helpful at refreshing my mind of the different disease processes and treatment regimens involved, along with nursing interventions. In nursing school, the Med-Surg Nursing Made Incredibly Easy book helped out so much during clinicals.

This book is a Gem! The information presented is easy to understand. I have taken CE units and the information provided was a chapter straight out of this book.
